I have a passion for refining and empowering the inner terrain of as many humans as possible. That sounds like quite a mission! Tell us more? I spent 15 years working internationally for Global corporations in Sales and Marketing before becoming a strategic psychotherapist and coach. I now specialise in supporting high functioning individuals to level-up in both awareness and skill to realise their best life. This includes working on things like mastering stress, optimal cognitive and emotional functioning, and relationships. It’s about making a client the master of their own life and happiness: about giving them the tools they need and showing them the best way to use them. If a client had never worked with a coach before, what would you want them to know about coaching with you? Expect a warm, collaborative, powerful learning experience using the latest techniques (from positive psychology, neuroscience, coaching, hypnosis, mindfulness, and NLP) to transform your life to one of personal mastery! Words of Wisdom that I share with clients that are at the heart of my coaching philosophy: The latest neuroscience has proven, unequivocally, that we can rewire our brains for optimum health, healing, and performance. And that’s exactly what I set out to do with my clients.
