Amy became a strategic psychotherapist and coach after a 15-year career working internationally in sales and marketing for global corporations. I spent 15 years working internationally for Global corporations in Sales and Marketing before becoming a strategic psychotherapist and coach. I now specialise in supporting high functioning individuals to level-up in both awareness and skill to realise their best life. This includes working on things like mastering stress​,​ optimal cognitive and emotional functioning​,​ and relationships. It’s about making a client the master of their own life and happiness: about giving them the tools they need and showing them the best way to use them.
