- As part of the services provided on the Hello Coach Platform, Hello Coach will, during the term of this Agreement, retain information and prepare reports outlining:
- which users have activated an account with us on the Hello Coach Platform;
- sessions completed by users;
- coaching start and end dates; and
- aggregated and anonymous statistics regarding the Hello Coach Services all users receive, such as:
- metadata and data related to usage (e.g., average session length, frequency of use);
- composition of development plans (e.g., top skills chosen by users, popular learning activities), and
- user-generated data from learning activities (e.g., results from assessments), (collectively, the “Hello Coach Analytics”).
- Hello Coach Analytics will not include user specific coaching content. Hello Coach Analytics may be used to generate reports, and these reports will only be used:
- by Hello Coach, for internal business purposes, including to improve the efficiency and features of the Hello Coach Platform; or
- if you are using the Hello Coach Platform under an enterprise arrangement (i.e. your employer has granted you access), these reports may be used by your employer for its internal business purposes.
9. Your rights
You have various rights with respect to our use of your personal information:
- Access: You have the right to obtain access to your information (if we’re processing it) and certain other information (similar to that provided in this privacy notice). This is so that you’re aware and can check that we’re using your information in accordance with data protection law.

We encourage you to contact us using the functionality on the Platform or failing that, our ‘contact us’ form to let us know if any of your personal data is not accurate or changes, so that we can keep your personal data up-to-date.
